Submission Guidelines.

The rules for submitting your articles to UnArchived Articles are simple. The more you follow the guidelines below the easier it will be to help. We want to help you succeed!

• The articles that you submit must be your own work - You may not submit articles written by other authors and the content must be unique. No rebranded articles allowed, you must be the sole copyright holder for each article you submit. Articles written by a ghost writer are perfectly acceptable as long as they are being used only by yourself.
  
  
• By submitting your articles to UnArchived Articles, you grant us exclusive rights to publish your articles - We may publish your article anywhere on our website, blog, or syndicate through RSS. We may also change where it appears, including the category, at any time. We may also publish your articles in/on electronic media, including, but not limited to CD and/or e-book formats. Other Article website users have the right to publish your articles on their websites, in their newsletters or ezines, and more as long as the article is left in the original state. This includes the resource box which provides you credit as the author of the content.
  
  
• No affiliate links or redirected links! - The articles that you submit to UnArchived Articles should not contain affiliate links. It is acceptable, however, to mention the URL's of helpful sites or your own website which contains an article or product review page. 
  
  
• 3 link limit in signatures/resource box - We allow up to three links in signatures. Keep external links to a minimum. Articles with excessive external links or links that are clearly spam [affiliate related links, cloaked url or redirection] will not be published. Try to keep your external links to no more than five (5). All articles must have at least one out-going link and that link must point to an acceptable resource! A good rule to follow is, a link per paragraph.
  
  
• Submitting your articles to UnArchived Articles does not entitle you to financial compensation of any kind - You will not receive compensation from website this article site or the users of our directory for articles you submit.
  
  
• Submitting an article in no ways guarantees inclusion in our directory - We reserve the right to reject an article submission for any reason.
  
  
• Articles should be spell checked and proof read for grammatical errors prior to submitting - Do not submit articles filled with spelling errors and bad grammar. We do monitor article submissions and we will reject/delete content that doesn't meet this requirement.
  
  
• No links in the first two paragraphs. For best results... keep links out of the first two paragraphs of your article. Articles found to have a link in the first paragraph will be removed from the system. Articles with links in the second paragraph may be published, but will not make it to the front page of the site.
  
  
• All articles should contain a resource box. Your articles need to have a resource area, which should be included at the bottom of the article. This area should contain a matching name to the author of the article. This is very important; articles that do not have a resource box will not make it to the front page, if published at all.
  
  
• No links in the article title or article snippet. Articles found to contain links in the title or snippet areas will be deleted from the system and your user account and/or articles may be disabled/deleted.
  
  
• Articles should be well formed. Take the time to separate paragraphs for easier readability.
  
  
• Unacceptable Articles - Gambling or related, Pharmacy products, steroids, etc., Adult related (Nudity) or similar, Hate related, any article considered as Spam or Advertisement, Unrelated links in content, no links in content, too many links in content, duplicate content or any article that does not offer useful information.
  
  1) Also, don't submit articles by multiple authors pointing to the same resources.
  
  2) Any article that includes requirements in addition to these guidelines are not acceptable. All articles submitted to this directory are subject to the guidelines you are currently reading. No additional requirements are necessary.
