The Three Crucial Tactics You Need to Become a Successful Affiliate Marketer Online
What every affiliate marketer needs is a successful market that gives the highest return. Some may they think that there is a magic formula readily available for them. In reality, however, it is all about putting to use the best marketing practices that have been proven over years of hard work and dedication.

Below are the top three proven online marketing tactics. If done correctly, they will guarantee an increase in sales and online survival.

These three tactics are:

1. Use unique domain names to promote each separate product you are marketing. Do not lump all of them together in order to save some money on web hosting. It is best to create a site for each product.

Always include product reviews on the website so visitors will have an initial understanding on how the product can benefit the buyer. Also include testimonials from users who have already tried the product. Be sure, however, to have the customers’ permissions to use their names and photos on the site of the product you are marketing.

Write articles highlighting the uses of the product and include them on the website as an additional page. Make the pages attractive and compelling, and include calls to action. Each headline should attract the reader to want to read more. Highlight your special points. This will help give readers more information about the product and heighten their desire to buy it.

2. Offer free reports to your readers. If possible, position the sign up box at the very top of your page so it cannot be missed.

Create autoresponder messages to be mailed to those who signed up for your reports. According to research, a sale is closed on average at the seventh contact with a prospect.

One of two things will happen: you either close the sale or the prospect leaves the page never to return again. Therefore, by keeping your prospects informed with useful information at certain specified periods, you will be reminding them of the products they thought they wanted at a later date before the sale is closed. Be sure to direct the content towards specific reasons why the prospects should want to buy the product. Make them feel they really want it. Remember: sales are based on emotion rather than need! Do not sound like a sales pitch.

Focus on important points like how your product can make life and things easier and more enjoyable. Include compelling subject lines in the email. As much as possible, avoid using the word “free” because some spam filters dump these into the junk folder. Convince your prospects that they will be missing something big if they do not get your product or service right now.

3. Get targeted traffic. Just think, if the person who visited your website has no interest whatsoever in what you are offering, they will be among those who move on and never come back. Write articles for publication in e-zines and e-reports that focus on your target customers.

Try to write a minimum of 2 articles per week, each on the average from 300-600 words in length. By continuously writing and maintaining these articles you can generate as many as 100 targeted readers to your site a day.

Statistics show that 1 out of 100 people buy your product or services. That means that out of 1000 targeted hits to your site a day you could get 10 sales.

The tactics given above are not difficult to implement. All it takes is a little time and an action plan on your part.

If you follow these tips for all your affiliate marketing programs, you should be able to a generate a good source of income. Think of the huge pay checks that you will be receiving…
