American TESOL Institute joins with the International Education and Resource Network, iEARN.
Started in 1988, iEARN is the world's largest non-profit global network that enables teachers and young people to use the Internet and other new technologies to collaborate on projects that both enhance learning and make a difference in the world. American TESOL Institute is now a Global Ambassador School for iEARN.
American TESOL Institute was established in 2002 with the mission to Standardize an English teacher training and job placement program for individuals wishing to teach English abroad. Since its conception, over one thousand US citizens have been successfully trained and placed abroad.
