Most people fall into one of these three categories...

They understand that all they need to succeed is in their minds.
They have a strong belief in their talents and know that they can do anything they want.
Their plan doesn't involve making excuses.
Everyone is in charge of their own life and they know it is possible to shape your destiny.
Pain or exhaustion will not hold them back.
After all, anything good should not come easy, and no one has achieved anything great without a struggle.
They are willing to struggle to be great.
Failure does not exist because in the long run, they never fail.
These people are ready for setbacks and bumps in the road, and then just plow ahead.
When they hit a roadblock, they plan to get past it.
They don't doubt their decision and decide to quit.
They never consider quitting because they know that mistakes and setbacks only help to make their victory even sweeter.
They can visualize the big picture.
When the fight is over, there they standing with the winners.
Their accomplishments are many and can enjoy their victories with pride.
Everyone respects and envies them and they know that they truly deserve it.
Which of these types are you?

Get ready to work hard because developing huge muscle mass is not for the faint hearted.
It's only up for the taking if you can dedicate yourself to a goal and work hard to achieve it.

Stop all of your questions, fears, and doubts.
Make firm decisions on what you are going to accomplish, make a plan and then… quite simply, make it happen.
Only when your decisions contain questions of "when can I reach this goal" rather than "will I reach this goal" will you ever truly succeed in gaining huge muscle mass.
