An Iron Ball and Iron Will - The Best Combination For a Six Pack Workout Known to Man!


As a professional and kettlebell man I cannot think of a better suggested workout to recommend to you than kettlebell training for an ultimate six pack workout! To get a six pack you must have a lot more substance in your fitness program than just doing crunches. To obtain six pack abs you must train your entire body effectively rather than just focusing on specifically completing an abdominal workout alone.

For a REAL workout to achieve a ripped and shredded abdomen and body all you need is an iron kettlebell and the will to do the work. Just by learning the base strength endurance lift of the kettlebell known as the double arm kettlebell swing you are far ahead of the game when it comes down to developing a serious workout program to lose belly fat. This single lift includes you swinging the kettlebell from between your legs up to chest level. By executing this lift you incorporate hundreds of muscles in your body at one time while significantly raising your level of perceived exertion for a major amount of calorie burn!

To execute this lift you will want to properly learn how to execute the hip snap. The hip snap is a learned technique that is required for you perform the kettlebell swing. This movement is done by you constantly and fluently flexing and extending at your hips and knees to create the necessary momentum for you swing the bell back and forth like a pendulum. Once you master this movement along with the swing you can incorporate other more challenging and complex lifts to add to the success of your six pack workout.

If you don't start to include the kettlebell into your own strength and fitness program you are only missing out. Learning about the kettlebell means learning about your body and that is how you get a six pack! Remember that anyone can train hard, but only the best train smart!
