| Obama's Free 2009 Scholarship Program for Mothers Gives Moms a Second Chance |
Today women have been keeping up with the rigors of life by doing their part in bringing in some cash in the home and paying up debts. Education is one important factor in changing the lives of these women and uplifting their self respect. President Obama has seen this need, which is why he proposed a bill, more specifically about women going back to college.
