| Obama's Federal Scholarships and Grants Encourages Dads To Attend Post-Secondary School |
Many people have already heard about the Federal Pell Grant. Did you know that it is now targeting fathers to attend post-secondary school That's right. Obama wants all of the fathers in the United States to get an education and is providing a way for them to do just that. The government has made revisions in the amount available to prospective students to cover more of their expenses, and will base the amount awarded on school tuition, books, and basic living expenses. Each student can receive up to $10,000 a year or $5100 a semester which in an increase from $4050 a semester. To ensure that the student can complete their education, they are offering this amount for up to 18 semesters or the equivalent of that time frame.
