An Easy, Simple To Follow Weight Loss Program


I have always struggled to keep my weight under control and was frequently teased at school and I found it almost impossible to meet and befriend the opposite sex as I always thought that there would be no way, that they'd ever want to be friends, or anything else for that matter with someone as fat as myself. This in return made me into a completely negative person often feeling stressed and depressed. During these times of depression, I would regularly comfort eat to make myself feel better. If you are anything like me you probably adore food so by comfort eating it would momentarily help.

The difficulty I found was that if I ate food for 10 mins, I might have a feeling of guilt for around 2 hours. Like many people who are over-weight, I was never happy with this way of dealing with things and frequently looked into various kinds of weight loss or diets. Perhaps it is just me, but they appear so impractical and for someone like myself most unlikely to follow. I required a simple, easily followed weight loss program. The answer to my weight problem and the very first thing I had to do was to be truthful with myself.

I asked myself a number of questions :

Why was I over-weight? I don't eat the right kinds of food and I infrequently exercise.

How determined was I to lose weight? Terribly determined.

Do I feel I have enough self-discipline to succeed? It's not that I am sure but I'll have to have, to reach my target weight.

Then I told myself what I had to do:

Exercise more: This may be achieved by leaving the automobile at home more frequently and by walking to certain places,eg my kids's faculty. I may also take my youngsters to play sports like soccer and tennis, as frequently as possible.

Fight the demons: The demons in my head who continually entice me into eating must be controlled.

These are the things I must not do :

Snack in between meals.

Eat too many take-aways, I will be able to essentially permit myself one a week.

Lie to others or myself about what I have eaten.

This sounds extremely simple and it is very easily followed but, I admit that it's not that east to carry out, particularly not being able to snack between meals.
