| Home Based Business Success Equals Happiness |
Ok, so the title of this particular article may be a little bit controversial; after all, saying that “Home Based Business Successes” equals happiness might be a little bit of a stretch for some.
But let’s start off by being VERY clear; I’m not suggesting that if you start making $30,000 per month in your home based business that all of your problems will go away and that you’ll be captain happy pants. But what I am saying is that you have certain goals and dreams; and if you can achieve success in your home based business, then you’ll be able to achieve lots of these goals and dreams.
I’m not here to be “Mr. Psychology”, but I am here to tell you that achieving home based business success can not only give you the money that you’re looking for, but it can also give you the LIFESTYLE that you’re looking for. After all, what good is having a ton of money if you‘re working 24/7 and you never get to enjoy it? What good is having the money to send your kids to a great private school, but not be able to find out how their day was when they get home?
I can tell you from experience that it is a great feeling to have my office located about 8 feet from where I sleep. But getting to this point wasn’t easy. The reality of the situation is that it took me about 5 years before I started making any real money as a home business entrepreneur. And the struggles I faced during my journey towards home based business success were some of the unhappiest times of my life. I filed for bankruptcy at the age of 23, I couldn’t afford to get my own place until I was 26, and the ridicule I faced from my friends/family was not making things any easier.
But hind sight being 20-20, I can tell you that my journey was unnecessarily tough. What I mean is that I could have reached my desired level of success had I just done 3 things differently.
Number one - Gotten a coach/mentor
Number two – Stayed focused on 1 opportunity/plan
Number three – Understood that it’s not going to happen overnight
So, what does all of this have to do with achieving the happiness you deserve and desire? Simple…
Your success as a home based business entrepreneur can in fact make you happy. But you need to start being happy now, and enjoy the journey as much as the destination. Also, be sure to make that journey much shorter by understanding the three things I mentioned above.
