Activity For You to Lose Your Belly!


If you are struggling with losing your belly then don't struggle anymore! I understand that weight-loss and fat-loss are a real challenge for a lot of people this day and age. You have heard about a 100 different ways to train your body, a 100 different diets, and a 100 different miracle pills. Most all of this is either untrue or not clarified enough in order to be effective. This is why I am here to tell how to start. Start very basic. To truly burn off that unwanted belly fat and to boost your fitness you must increase your level of exertion. Check out these 2 basic drills that you can use with kettlebells in order to help you to do just that.

1. Kettlebell Stair Totes: For this drill all you will need is the availability of a couple of moderately heavy bells and some stairs. If you aren't sure where to find a good set of stairs then some places you might want to consider are your local park, local high school football stadium, or perhaps a friend's house. From here simply pick up the bells (one in each hand) and start climbing your stairs or bleachers of choice. Walk to the top and back down. Lets say you start with walking a single story. Walk the story and recover when you come back to the bottom. From here you can walk a story, recover, and walk again. As you get better reduce your recovery time. This is definitely kettlebell training for fat-loss!

2. Kettlebell Swings And Stair Walks: For this drill you will want to be set up the same as everything mentioned in the first drill. The only difference is that you will start at the base of the stairs on a flat surface. On the flat surface simply execute a series of duel kettlebell swings with your bells prior to walking up the stairs. This can be your next step as you start to get better with your fitness from the first drill. Once your fitness starts to improve start incorporating these swings before every stair climb with the bells. This is a sure thing in helping you to lose your belly fat!
