The Kettlebell and Your Metabolism - A Combination of Lifts With the Kettlebell to Get Fit Fast!


Kettlebell training is about as fast as you can get when it comes to losing weight! Kettlebells are great because they can involve such a blend of both conditioning and incredible strength training. I have included a combination of lifts that you can perform with the iron bell to speed up your weight-loss campaign.

To begin, simply place the bell between your feet with your feet shoulder width apart. Perform a proper squat to pick the bell up and properly clean it to your chest. Now from this point you will not set the bell on the ground until all lifts have been executed. The first of the line of combined lifts will be the jerk. From the clean position simply utilize your hips to snap to help you build assisted momentum in order to press and lock the kettlebell out over your head. You will want to execute three reps of these in a row.

Once completed simply lower the bell back to your chest to the clean position. From here simply drop the kettlebell into a descent between your legs and clean it back to your chest and perform the jerk again. This time you are snapping the bell from between your legs, bringing it to a clean, and then performing the jerk all for three reps. Once you complete the third rep simply bring the bell back to the clean position. Finally, from the clean position simply allow the bell to descend once again between your legs and for the last three reps perform three continuous overhead snatches. After the third overhead snatch you will have completed the final lift in this fat-blasting body assault of complex kettlebell lifts.

I just want to remind you that when you finish with all three lifts combining to total 9 tough repetitions don't forget about the other arm! Give this gruesome combination of kettlebell drills a try and you will see just how quick your unwanted pounds will go away!
