Jenny craig the best food

I just started on the Jenny Craig plan, and part of the attraction for now is that the program tells me what to eat when and how much. I have a long commute and I'm so busy that I can't focus properly on what I eat. And now I'm getting the infamous "belly fat," and I hate it. The cost of the JC food is not insignificant, to be sure, but I've been wasting plenty of money on food that.

I don't have time to cook and end up throwing out, or grabbing an over priced lunch at the deli, etc. Working in Washington, DC, I spend $8 to $10 a day on deli bagels, hard cooked eggs, so so sandwiches, candy bars. So now I plan to do the JC plan for a year (my boss is on it too), get used to proper portion sizes, and enjoy not having to think much about food. At the moment, I don't even want to select one entree versus another because I have other priorities like exercise.

As for the counselors, I'm not looking for a dietition or psychologist. Just having someone pull together most of my food for a week and weigh me so I stay "honest" is enough. (I could do without the weigh in, but it doesn't hurt.) Also, I like the books I got with the program. By the time I'm as tired of Jenny Craig food as I am of the Healthy Choice, Smart Choice, Lean Cuisine that my local grocery store stocks, I'll go back to some of them and maybe even learn how to plan better for myself. As for the 49 year old in a bikini debate, I think Valerie looks gorgeous.

Although I don't have a personal trainer and, in any case, likely will never wear a bikini, I cut out Valerie's bikini photo and keep it around to remind me that a middle aged woman CAN lose a lot of weight and get in shape and not sag everywhere. I wrote her age on the photo with a big marker! The Jenny Craig program alone won't get anyone a figure like Valerie's, but it helped her.I wish everyone well. If weight loss were easy, almost no one would be overweight. Whatever works is what you should do. http://www.productsherbal.com/
