| Extreme Fat-Loss - 2 Exercises For You to Forge Your Body Into Muscular Work of Fitness Art! |
Extreme fat-loss takes a lot of effort. However, it doesn't take as much effort as you might think. The total success of your fitness and strength program depends on the effort of your consistency. To train effectively and consistently 3 to 4 days a week for week after week is the key to achieving your goals. Check out the following 2 drills that are great for implementing into your program and will ensure the "effectiveness" of your strength and weight-loss program.
1. Step-Ups: This is a simple exercise that can be performed just about anywhere. In order to perform this drill you will want to find a step that is about at the height of your knees. Stand parallel to the step and place the one foot on it that you want to step up with. Make sure that your foot stays flat on the step. From here simply push off of it fully extending your knee and hip while driving the opposite knee up. Perform this 15 to 20 times on each leg to start. If you want to intensify the drill simply add a weight. This will certainly get your heart pumping and help you to build some serious lean muscle mass.
2. Squat Jumps (No Hands Variation): If you want to really help yourself to get into shape and to lose your belly then you need an intense exercise that trains hundreds of muscles at once and can help you to develop total-body strength and fitness. Squat jumps are a great drill that you can perform just about anywhere. Normal squat jumps, however, normally require the assistance of your upper-body to create momentum. The type I am going to challenge you with involve you performing with your hands locked on top of your head. This eliminates a lot of momentum therefore requiring you to forcefully explode out of your stance with a tremendous amount of hip and leg power. Try to execute 15 to 20 of these at one time and you'll quickly see just how these can be so beneficial.
