| A Push-Pull Combination to Get You Ripped! |
If you are looking to obtain unbelievable cardiovascular conditioning and cover training nearly every muscle in your body then you must incorporate a push/pull combination to ensure your body is completely challenged. Your body is only really capable of two functions consisting of a push and a pull anyway. To ensure your fitness and strength program is sound and successful you must include both of these movements throughout your training program.
The exercise drill I want to talk about involves a big push/pull combination by executing a burpee and a pull-up combination. To do this drill you will need a pull-up bar that is high enough for you to jump up to grab in order to do a pull-up. To start, stand with your feet about shoulder width distance apart. You should stand in line beneath the pull-up bar.
From here simply crouch down and place your hands on the ground in front of you. Next, kick your feet back extending your body until you are in an upright push-up position. From here simply execute a normal push-up. Once you complete the push-up kick your feet back up underneath your body to where you are back into the crouched position.
From here you will want to stand up and jump to grab the pull-up bar to execute a pull-up. Once you complete the pull-up drop back to the ground and start the entire process over again! All of these combined movements consist of a single repetition. For starters, attempt to execute about 10 of these. You'll quickly see how your fitness and weight-loss program will be successful with the inclusion of this intense drill!
Remember to practice these frequently. You will kick your fitness into high gear with the inclusion of this drill into your program. There is no waste of time here, only results!
