People are just so busy, professionals, where work comes first, single parents where the kids come first and singles where their friends come first. So when the chance for a date comes along you must make the most of the opportunity by not worrying about the little things that could go wrong and being open to the interaction with someone special.
You must prepare yourself properly so get the sitter in an hour or even two early and have a bath, avoid the late night drinks with colleagues and make the time to put effort into the date. Wear something flattering and spend time dressing and pampering yourself, use a face cream, shave properly, pluck your eyebrows, make sure your nails are clean and get all your money, travel or tickets ready before.
Make sure you're comfortable with where you are meeting your date, do you know the venue? Would you prefer to wait outside or inside? Also make sure it is something you will enjoy, otherwise you've sabotaged the date before it has begun. If the other person is unwilling to compromise to a venue or activity you like, then simply do not waste your time!
Make sure you have enough money, time and have an excuse ready if the date is not going well, then you won't have to be sat there trying to work out how to leave and waste even more of your time.
If you have taken care of the above, hopefully you will enjoy a stress free date but of course this will not guarantee you the romance but it will sure is a fine starting point!
