A special feature of Flamingos Golf is the "Arroyo del Taraje" stream that passes through the golf course and ends in a lake that is a natural border for the course at the beginning of holes one and ten.
What you will notice is that every detail has been considered the cypress, oranges, olives, pines, carobs and chestnuts are the types of tree that give each hole its own identity and are typical to the Costa del Sol Golf.
Flamingos Golf is very enjoyable with a good mixture of both long and short holes. It is demanding for even the most experienced golfer, particularly the front nine holes.
When playing Flamingos Golf Course just remember the views if you are not playing well - they are well worth the visit! The par 4 tenth is the most challenging hole where water plays its part. A good tee shot is required to set up the chance of playing over the water to reach the huge but undulating green.

Another interesting feature exclusive to Flamingos Golf Course is that all the bunkers are filled with ground marble.
