Is this Government will help to the real estate india ?
Really the UPA has won the race of loksabha elections 2009. it’s a good time for the Indian economy. The stock market will move to the 2008 trend….21000 index , is the package will be announce by the Government ? for the Indian economy support……might be the Happy days will be back again for the Indian economy .
But what will happen for the real estate India. The Indian property buyers will show interest for buying again, what will be for the last property buyers who bought property for their real dream home..will they get the property rates back ….they will suffering from the last situations.
If we will discuss on the real estate price’s I think that the stock market will revise again and move for the 21000 with in the year’s last. Then the market will move the property and real estate market will also improve again because it’s a nature of the cycle . always the slow down after the height ,or the maturity level.The property market will improve with in the December 2009 I think so.
Real estate market competition will increase now the new schemes will launch and the old schemes and offers will be revised after some time . now we can say that the happy days will be here ( In India) again. For the property owners the market will help a lot for their property and for the developers and builders the market will be supportive .
We are just watching the market and watching the Indian Government .The Indian government will help for the stock market and the real estate India.
