Variety is a Key to Physical Success!


Training your body to be fit, stronger, and leaner all takes effort. The problem with a lot of this is that people tend to get bored doing the same things over and over. I am a firm believer in variety when it comes to training, but I think people should also have a real good knowledge and ability to execute certain base lifts.

The reason for most people not being motivated or getting the desired results has more to do with their lack of knowledge and desire, or a combination of both. If you do workout on a regular basis and enjoy learning new and different drills that involve things as simple as your own body-weight, medicine balls, kettlebells, and dumbells then you have won half the battle. The fact that you have an open mind will result in the total success of your hard body construction project! Think of fitness as a broad spectrum of traits that range from strength, endurance, flexibility,resiliency, stamina, range of motion, and balance. For ultimate success you must keep your mind open for the variety of things that you can do in order to gain ability and progress in each of the traits that I mentioned along the spectrum of fitness. This will ensure your success. Because there are several traits that make up the entire scope of a fit person, it takes a variety of training and a dynamic strength program in order to achieve an optimal level of fitness!

Make sure that you keep your training program dynamic and that you have a good base knowledge of how to get the most out of your fitness, strength, or weight-loss program!
