If you have read my articles in the past then you know that I have a proven method that intensity will knock off the unwanted pounds and help you obtain a rock hard body! I have included 2 great exercises to help you forge a body that will impress you and all of your friends! This is a workout that has a lot of impact and is an effective cardio crunch!
1. Pop-Up Sprints: For this exercise you will certainly need the available space of a field or track with at least 25 yards of running room. To begin this drill you will want to start by lying prone (face down) on the ground with your hands positioned just underneath your armpits like they would be had you done half of a push-up. From here all you do is execute a forceful push-up and quickly pop-up to your feet and sprint the 25 yards. This will help you to develop significant core power and, at the same time, intensify the short burst of sprints you are doing.
2. Squat Jumps Into Sprints: This is another great drill to include into your fitness training program. To begin, stand at one end of the 25 yard mark. Execute 5 quality squat jumps and then sprint the 25 yards. Make sure you use perfect form in your jumps and to execute all of them in rapid succession. You will obtain an awesome level of cardiovascular conditioning and overall performance from doing this drill. Attempt to execute 10 of these giving yourself only about 45 seconds rest between each sprint. Before long your weight-loss will come easier than it came on!
