| Online Profits or Bust! |
You're running an online business. Like any legitimate business opportunity, it needs some money to run. You must pay for things such as web hosting and advertising. You pour all your effort, spending as much time and effort as you can and learning as many new tips and tricks as possible, in hopes that you will make a profit from your business. Right now though, the money you have spent on this business far exceeds the amount of money you have made, if you have even made any at all. Does this situation sound familiar?
Anyone running an online business is trying to earn money from their business. While many succeed at this, many will fail in their efforts. What happens to the ones who fail to make a profit?
Let's think of a typical aspiring online business entrepreneur and call him Joe. He tried his hardest, but he still failed to earn money from his business. All of his investment goes down the drain. For some business owners this is not a lot of money, but Joe poured a lot of money into his. And along with the money spent lost goes all the time and effort that Joe wasted. It's all down the drain. Every bit of effort, every second, every desire to succeed was all a waste.
Joe can also kiss all of his dreams associated with his online business goodbye that he had. Dreams of quitting his 9-5 job, dreams of having more family time, dreams of financial independence...they were all for nothing. I'm pretty sure that Joe will probably have his morality and spirit hurt for quite some time.
The pain and cost of failure doesn't end there. Joe got a lot of negative criticism from his family and friends when they found out about his online business. They all try to convince our aspiring online business owner that it was probably a scam, and that he was wasting his time and money. Since Joe failed to make a profit, he essentially did nothing but prove his family and friends correct. He can do nothing but face the harsh criticism to come. I don't think Joe's wife will be too happy that he spent so much time and money, only to come up short.
After the dust clears, our failed business owner is left with nothing bitter memories of wasted effort, with the agony of defeat, and the thought that it really is impossible to earn money online.
Sound scary? Well I hope I motivated you to double your efforts so you don't end up like Joe. Because every day, there are people who fail in their efforts to make a profit from their online business, and they are doomed to suffer the horrors of failure. Will it be you that is next?
