The Lumino Setting was originally designed by Verragio founder Barry Verragio when he was designing an engagement ring for his then fiancee, now wife. The setting was such a success that it has now become an exclusive Verragio design. The beauty of the Lumino setting lies in the fact that the diamond is raised above the body of the ring, allowing the diamond to be exposed to up to 75% more light. The result? A lot of fire and sparkle. The stone is firmly and safely set, yet fully on display for maximum effect.
Verragio engagement rings are manufactured as semi-mounts, meaning the selection of center diamonds is left up to the individual. This can be beneficial in several scenarios.
