| Learn Internet Marketing - Lose Money |
I see it happen all the time, millions of people who want to make money online flock to the internet to learn internet marketing. Their research inevitably leads them to an internet marketing information product by the guru of the month. They devour the information and learn everything they can about whatever topic this particular product teaches. So far so good right?
Then what happens? Well, then another guru launches a product or internet marketing course and they go buy that product and learn even more top secret internet marketing strategies.
This cycle continues on and on and you can probably see where I'm going with this. They learn internet marketing, which is a good thing, but they never implement what they learn. A ha! That is the key.
You can learn all you want but if you never implement what you learn, you'll never make a dime. Makes sense, right? Yet so many people get caught up in the learning phase and never take any action. They feel like they are being productive because they are learning and educating themselves. But they are actually losing money buying internet marketing products and courses.
This is why I say that learning internet marketing won't make you any money. Taking action on what you learn is a whole different story. If you learn how to do video marketing for example, go make 2 or 3 videos and get them on Youtube and other video sharing sites. Do it right away before moving on to anything else. Get comfortable with one tactic and do it consistently. Then, and only then, move on to another tactic.
Go learn about article marketing. But then go write a few articles or hire a ghostwriter to write them for you right away and submit them to article submission sites. Do this consistently as well and before you know it you'll have dozens of videos and articles all over the internet acting as a sales team for you around the clock.
Don't feel like you have to be an expert at any one thing before you implement it. Some call it analysis paralysis, feeling that everything has to be perfect before you can actually do anything. If you wait for everything to be perfect and the time to be right, you'll never get started. Yes learn internet marketing, but then take that knowledge and put it to use right away and you'll start to see some success online.
You see making money online can be relatively easy if you simply take action. Or it can be frustrating if you stay in the learning phase. Take your pick and run with it.
