The benefit of team building challenges, as opposed to normal work meetings, is that you are focusing on strengthening the team not only dispersing facts. Yes, team spirit is the primary factor, but you can still explore their individual personal objectives and goals and then focus that enthusiasm back to a team project. This is a good way to excite your employees if you sense that they are unsure about expressing themselves. Attempt opening with a discussion with all your employees. If you sense they are holding back, then attempt playing a game like obituary where all members are told to give an obituary of what they have achieved, and what they prefer to be remembered for. Develop your workers' potential and then encourage them to follow that purpose, suggesting that the organization can assist them to progress and reach their objectives, at a comfortable pace.

Team spirit begins with a group of individuals, each with their individual individual personality and ambition, but all united towards one shared purpose.
